- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) cannot be returned.

- Battery-powered devices (e.g., smoke or carbon monoxide alarms).
- Opened filters, respirator cartridges, or air quality components.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Submit a Return Request
Complete our Return Request Form, or email us at info@newagecanada.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (such as photos of damaged items).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Products: If you are returning a product due to a defect or damage incurred during shipping, New Age Canada Inc. will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping the item.
- Other Returns: For all other returns, we can provide a return label for convenience, typically at a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if there are missing parts or accessories, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same terms as regularly priced items, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom Products: Items that have been personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced for your request.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Due to health and safety regulations, PPE cannot be returned.
- Battery-Powered Devices: Products such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are not returnable once shipped.
- Filters and Air Quality Components: Includes opened air filters, respirator cartridges, or similar items that affect air quality.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@newagecanada.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
